Heh, that's a bit of a nightmare, isn't it? Further down it mentions scorpions and snakes coming into homes. You'd think people would have to live in 100ft towers with frikkin laser auto sentries :)

And the blue ringed octopi and the sharks, don't forget. I don't think Aunt Barbara is going to be getting a visit from us anytime soon.

woof, i think i read that something happened like this in some part of Europe before,
lol, my girlfriend is going to love this:D by the way, if the frikkin laser auto sentries are intended to gaurd against the cold-blooded spiders, scorpions and snakes, they would have to be movement sensitive since they wouldn't pick up the various arachnids and snakes, however, they would then lack any way of differenciating between arachnids, insects, humans, rabbits or neighbors dogs. i'm thinking some collateral damage could be caused by such a protection system. as for aquatic baddies, just stay out of/away from the water :D who cares if it's an island completely surrounded by the stuff :)

:edit: they wouldn't pick up the various arachnid's and snake's heat signitures, forgot about that.
