The preceding post got me thinking about songs that had perhaps the only instance of a word, and the only other song I could come up with was Warren Zevon's "Play It All Night Long" using the word brucellosis. I'm sure there's others.

Back in the day when lyrics.ch was the major song lyrics server on the web, I found that Barenaked Ladies' "One Week" was the only song in their database that mentions "anime". (I suspect it qualifies for unique references to a few other words, too. "Tantric"? Although, not "samurai", thanks to Smile.dk's song "Butterfly".)
How about Toto's "Africa" (for proper nouns Olympus, Kilimanjaro, and Serengeti) and Wall of Voodoo's "Mexican Radio" (for "iguana" if not "barbecued")?
