ooohh, tetanus, speaking of which i need mine too, been 11 years since my last one and i had such a scare not too long ago. i was tearing off the back porch of shiksa's house and was walking over the debris when i feel my shoe get stuck and was like "oh crap*" i was really lucky that the nail didn't even scrape my foot, though i'm sure i felt it did, on the same project i sliced my hand on a bit of aluminum, twas a pretty deep cut(ain't there something oddly fascinating in watching a deep cut as it slowly starts to fill with blood at an ever faster rate)then it bound back up in just a few minutes, i was like HAHA, I AM WOLVERINE. but enough about me, though i am a fascinating subject, lets talk about you and your new project :)
Yeah, on a Sunday, which meant my doctors' was closed and I had to go to the emergency room to get it done. With no insurance. Oh well, whatever it will cost is a hell of a lot better than getting tetanus- it's been nine and a half years since my last booster so I was due for one anyway.
I cut it on a scythe, actually, so there's at least a little bit of coolness there.
Well, I already felt stupid, so I didn't go into a lot of detail. #grins# I just explained that I'd cut myself on some rusty metal, my normal workplace involved horses, it had been nine years since my last booster, and could I have another one? They were very nice.
Aww, thank you. :) I still maintain that I prefer the look of plain pencils, but I need to learn how to ink and color so I keep slogging away at it. If I keep at it someday I might even learn to draw people in something other than a half-assed fashion.

Now we're all dying to know what the next project will be! :)
Recovering from the embarrassment of cutting myself on some rusty metal while cleaning and having to get a tetanus booster. #grins#

You need to be really careful with tetanus- get a booster before you step on something again...
Oh, ouch... *grimaces*

I can only imagine how often the doctors hear that. "Well, I had this scythe, and...." *laughs*

Speaking of projects, I messed about a bit this afternoon and did a Red Panda sketch; it's up on Deviant.
I love the outfit. :)
